04 · Dynamic verification
A factory only earns production access if its output can be checked faster than it is produced. That is a property of how the system is built, not a step at the end of the line.
Every change is exercised against a live, sandboxed clone of production infrastructure before it merges — the real write path, the real dependencies, the real failure modes. If the whole system cannot be proven in seconds, it will not stay correct.
It is what agents are genuinely good at. The harness is not enough. The architecture of the software itself is the best bulwark against long-term deterioration of maintainability.
Writing code is one motion. Ideation, authoring, deployment and monitoring have to hold as one cohesive unit — a proof that stops at the merge button proves very little.
A factory you can trust is one that proves its output every time, without being asked.
05 · On your cloud
Karya installs into your cloud account and runs inside your network boundary. Nothing about the factory asks you to move your source, your data, or your customers somewhere else.
Deployed to your account, in your VPC, on your Kubernetes. Source, data and traffic stay under the controls your security team already governs.
Every change arrives with its tests, its SBOM delta, its CVE posture and its traces. Trust in the output comes from the record attached to it.
The factory keeps running after launch: agents watch the system in production, raise the work themselves, and hold the software to the standard it was built to.
