Trust comes from proof, not from review capacity.

A factory only earns production access if its output can be checked faster than it is produced. That is a property of how the system is built, not a step at the end of the line.

Verification is dynamic, not sampled.

Every change is exercised against a live, sandboxed clone of production infrastructure before it merges — the real write path, the real dependencies, the real failure modes. If the whole system cannot be proven in seconds, it will not stay correct.

Code is the substrate.

It is what agents are genuinely good at. The harness is not enough. The architecture of the software itself is the best bulwark against long-term deterioration of maintainability.
